How to write products/plugins guide?

Hey guys.

I was wondering if there is a guide on this website on how to create products/plug-ins for vBulletin.

I already know how to code PHP/HTML/Javascript, but I was just wondering if there was a step-by-step article on how to create the admin options for the backend and how all that works.

Just a link to the link would suffice.

I havent figured out how and whats the best way to create the options and permissions but this tells you how to create the page
