A little glitch

It expands over to the right side of the page. It started doing this when I installed the ultimate side panels..but i wanna keep them...any ideas?

the setting is somewhere is the templates for the thread view

I'm in the quick reply template and i am change everything I can see and it's not doing anything to fix the width. Is this for sure what it is?

yes there is one that has width for it somewhere in there i know for a fact let me find where it is ;)

and there should be a width somewhere in there that has too be changed
