I bought v-bulletin awhile back paid 160 dollars got professional install ect.. And now one of your support agents says Its not a valid license. Colin Frei Is the guys name. You guys have helped me set it up and helped me with so many problems.. But now you say that Its not a valid v-bulletin... Please help?

Was it is leased or owned license? Professional installation is not included with a license, but a separate fee of $135, while a owned license is $160 and a lease license is $85.
Either way, you need to take this up with vBulletin.com, not here.

It sounds like you bought the one year lease, in this case you have to pay each year. If you bought the license it's good forever, but in order to get the updates you have to pay 30 buck I think every year after that. Your original license if only good for that version released within that year, but you can legally run it forever with that version.

Also, you must "opt-in" your email for vBulletin.org on the priority support page.
