I want to buy a licence

Hello everybody,
I want to buy a vb licence, and I want to know everything about that; the price, how long is a licence valid, does it include updates...???
And what are available ways to buy it, because in morocco we don't have visa and master cards, which means also no paypal accounts... if there is any way to do so.
