Where to download a product?

I am trying to download a column. It says to download as a product. Where do I do this?

This is the instruction given on where to download the side column.

"Import the product-ka_ultimate_sidecolumns.xml file as a product through your product manager."

I cant find where the product manager is to download to in vb 3.6.8

Go to your ACP,

Click "Plugins & Products"

Then Manage Products.

Import the file, then click OK
