Alright, first login:
- Go To Admin Panel
- Click Usergroup > UserGroup Manager
- Click To Edit a Specific Group
- In the "Username HTML Markup" You Get The Code For Font Color Enter It There in The First Box and Close In Second: Example Below:
<font color="#FF0000">Making the text color red</font>
<font color="#FF0000"> GOES IN FIRST BOX
</font> GOES IN SECOND BOX.

check your Admin CP > vBulletin Options > BB Code Settings > Enabled Built-in BB Codes and make sure Allow Font BBCode is checked

Is it just the one user who cannot get them to work? And is it in a regular post or in a signature that it won't work? (If it's the signature, perhaps you don't allow that usergroup to use BBCode in the signature).
