Activation Link does not work ...Help me please

Hi guys,
i am using vb 3.6.8 and i ve noticed that members get email activation, but once they click on the activation link, they dont get activated their account...Can you help me to solve this big issue please?

Are you sure they're not clicking an activation link 24 hours ago?

repeat, they receive email activation(that's not the problem), but when they click on the activation link, they dont get activated

i am not sure but i dont remember any modification added

Have you correctly set your URL in the Admin CP? Do they get an error?

i think i setted everything properly and dont view any errors.....:(
