Hi everyone,
The mysql table called 'post' vbulletin is ~250MB on my server. Is it supposed to be this large? I have 23,000 members, and 744,074 posts.
My forums are loading extremely slow. Could this be the cause of it?
Thanks in advance, everyone!

If you have 744,074 posts, that seems about right. Atleast, it would seem that it'd be pretty big, if you have that many posts.
Do you run any hacks/plugins? Those could be the reasons for your slow boards.

I don't really run any hacks/mods. :/

I can't imagine this being the reason why your forums run slow. I mean, I'm not an expert on how this caching stuff works, but I think that takes quite a bit of pressure off the database, and the post table size really shouldn't be affecting your forum all that much.
Alternatively, you could simply backup that table alone, prune around half your topics, and see if you notice any difference.

Funny to see some people recommending switching hosts, before it is even clear what the problem is.

Are you running a memory cache?

Not totally sure. We upgraded the server again and now we can hold 200 users online at once and its just a little bit slow when that happens.

Get your sysadm to install apc. If you are not using vbadvanced then also set your datastore to memory cache in config.php.
You will see a many-fold improvement in performance.
