X amount of post to see and post in a special area?

I was wanting to make a section on my forum where a user reaches an x amount of post this hidden area would be seen by that user but if a user doesn't have the minimum amount of posts the the section won't be seen at all. Is there such a mod or is this built into vbulletin?
