This clan is under investigation by FBI/ICCC for Federal Violations. DOS Attack (Denial Of Service) our Server, www.gameservers.com and potw-clan.us.

In Spite of my Plea to Stop Hacking and giving a Free PB/Cal Proof Hacks/Cheats with IP and CD/Guid Gen. to it's members, still keep doing them to all GS Servers.

I know you don't have anything to do with 1SK Clan but using your Service might Incriminate you or Accessories for Illegal Activities of this Clan.

My Goal why I have a Server is to help kids to young Adult to Stay Home play Internet Video Games to avoid hanging out Out in the Streets looking for trouble and such. 1SK clan Leader and it's members even at home are TROUBLES.

IDK anything running my website nor my GS server, my members and GS staff do them for me.
All I do is Pay all the Bills and Financial responsibilities.
I had my own Computer Guys and Secretaries the reason I never learned how PC, Servers, Website, etc. works.

Hoping you can help me and the Internet Gaming Communities by getting Rid of 1SK Clan. Whatever they pay you, I'll pay them myself.

As mentioned www.1-sk.com is using one of my free vB skin for their vB forums so is there anyway i will be sued with their crime/activities they do? :confused:

Anyway, formal documents have lowered standards if it's now accepted to use standalone abbreviations such as "IDK". Besides, for someone who claimed to have been in Navy Seals (3 years) and FBI (28 years), he sure lacks the resources.

As they said, you cannot be sued. Assuming you simply made the skin for the site, and even then they downloaded and used it themselves from your site, you have nothing to worry about. It would be like them suing/sending letters to Jelsoft because the forum uses vBulletin.

this is fully personal email, not related to any legals... the legals always use the word "We", not "i"... and they never say "I know you don't have anything to do with...."... they never do assumptions. they accuse you or never contact you...

this is lame clan fighting.

this is not the first time i see that. your name was in the style file, and they used it to trouble you... you just have one thing to do... put their email in your banlist... or even better... report them to the CIA... yes yes, it will make them fear.

actually, the way this email was sent, the guy say he is from a legal entity... when a legal entity send a email, they >>usually<< use the word "WE" or "OUR ENTITY" will sue you... not "i will sue you"... because in front of the court, a "i" would be refused by the judge...

That is a completely ignorant pm that you got. I use that Prepaid legal. Whenever I have troubles it is a great tool to actually talk to a lawyer. I have the $29 per month plan I think and get all the free legal advice I can use.

But, as a real vet, anyone using their supposed status in a computer clan dispute should be dragged outside and have the crap kicked out of them.

But hey, I am not only a hair club member.... :)

The PMer didn't say that he was from a legal entity (whatever that means). He is not a lawyer, I can tell you that. There were no mentioning of lawsuits. There is no court and there is no judge.

While I'm getting off-track with the original question I'm curious if you've studied law. There's misinformation in your posts that makes me wonder...

Like everyone else has said you have nothing to worry about. Many sites use your styles and you are not affiliated with them. Personally I wouldn't reply or make any future contact with this person.

Often, people that feel a need to pretend to have been "elite" in the military are also into more serious crimes and should be treated as dangerous. Distance yourself...
