Quote a thread in a personal message

Hi guys

I saw a cool feature on this site that enables a quick quoting of a thread when creating a PM to that originator via the dropdown from their username.

I have searched for this in the mods and can't find it. Could you guys perhaps advise where to find this cool add-on
