subforum preview on index...

i need a mod that adds a little sticky note picture and the title of the subforum inside a forum in the main page.... like you know when your viewing the forum index i want a mod that adds a little sticky note under the forum name with the name of the subforum INSIDE that forum beside it so ppl know what subforums are inside the forum when their viewing the index

wow cool that was easy thanks lol i hadnt seen this post lol my forum got hacked and i didnt have a backup (stupid me) im not gunna go into details why but i just closed the forum like almost a year ago now im starting up a new forum and i was searching everywhere how to do it again and i found this post lol
