i didnt know yet...i just imported plugin Who is online for FlashChatADD-On...everything was ok. then i was trying to translate language. Then i got this problem. dont know why..T?T

so the problem went away when i turn off this plugin. trying to know what happened with this source. thx all 4 helping me :)
