A pop up box you can put text in like a vote link or an important message per session. I'm sure a lot of people can use this. like a java pop up or ajax. you know the really nice ones u can drag around.
If any one else is interested please comment saying you are. maybe if enough people want it a coder will take 30 minutes out of his life to make it.
