high score error

With all games or just 1?
Have you upgraded to the very latest arcade version?
Try re up'n the product.xml file and select OVERWRITE.
Go into your AdminCP and do a mainenance of INDEXING all your table rows of your database.

All I got at the moment until you reply and give more info.
