This mod hasn't been available and i just thought it up, i've not seen anything similar. but anyways this mod would involve a sort of april fools kinda aspect.
the admin could turn this mod on and what it would do would show a fake Admin control panel link in your forums navbar and footer. on the mouseover the link would say yoursite.com/admincp, but when clicked would take you to a seperate page with a big message saying "You've been caught red handed attempting to access unauthorised area's" or something similar (admin set might be better so you can personalise it), anyway after the page shows up it'll redirect you a new page called the wall of shame, this will show ALL the users who have clicked on the link.
this would be a good gag. of course you could change the link name to whatever you wanted say maybe "Delete forums" or something, and you could also change the mouseover link to be whatever you wanted (of course the REAL link is hidden by this mask).
