I'm running vb3.6.8.
No matter what I do, always according to instructions, the mf'n google ads wont show up! All I keep getting are the black white boxes where they're supposed to be!

I'm not showing my forum link for anything other than help. Please help me.

It's really really FRUSTRATING!!

It takes a few hours/days before the ads start working properly. I mean, I don't see what's so hard. They give you code, you put it where you want your ads to show and you're done :) There's nothing complicated about it

yes i understand that, and this isnt like it's the first time ive used google adsense. ive reinstalled my vb several times and put in the adsense codes before and they've always worked. it seems like ever since we got to 3.6.7 the darn things wont work. look at my page, tell me what i did wrong. i got the code in place and ive got frickin blank white boxes!

I can`t see ad blocks at all on your site, you removed the ad code or something?

Anyway I have google ads on my forum (3.6.8) and they display no problems and were active instantly. I put one of the codes in the navbar template at the end of the templates code so it now displays on every page below the navbar. Also have an ad in the footer, no problems here.

Hey Sean, did you get this fixed??

I'm just getting blank ads too, but only in the forum, not on my other site pages. I got some google support and they suggested conflicting Javascript code, but the Javascript on my other pages is exactly the same. Would appreciate it if you could let me know if/how you fixed it!

Cheers.

Try that mod - probably the easiest and best for google ads....
