Custom avatar problem

My users cannot upload a custom avatar by them selves. How do i enable them to upload a custom avatar?

This is set in the usergroup options.

Usersgroups>Usergroup manager> then select the usergroup you want to be able to upload pictures then click the go button and it will be under "picture uploading permissions"

Some of the guy on my forum has a problem loading his avatar.

He uploads it and it shows on his profile, but when he posts in threads, it doesn't show up. It shows up as a blank. It has a space before his name, but that's it.

Can you guys help me? :(

Post a link to one of his threads so we can actually see, if your forum is closed to guests, supply a test account for someone to use.

Sorry, I was trying to put up the thread, but it's not working because he just deleted it.

The avatar is not showing. I left my mouse hovering on the avatar, so that message shows up. That's actually in the PM he had sent me earlier.

This one is showing his profile page. His avatar is showing there. (Wolverine)

Is there anything that I can do? I tried uploading his image through being an admin. It went through and the picture is uploaded, but it's not showing as an avatar. The image is 78 x 78 pixels and less than 10KB in file size.

Seeing as the image works every place else, do you have modified PM templates, if so revert them.

The template is pretty much the original. I didn't create it, but the person who did only changed the color on this page.

Also, this only happens to this guy so far. It effected him when he's posting threads/comments and PM. Noone else are complaining or I have seen in the forums like that.

Make sure he is uploading a legit image file. I know I had tom convert one of mine for that very reason.
