Problem with reputation system

I've turned on the reputatiion system in my vbulletin, but there's no an icon on post. I've installed to products CES Site Newsand VB News Ticker and even after turning off these product the reputation button doesn't appear. I've chekced all permissions of groups, the permissions to give and receive reputations are turned on. What can I do?

Where is that code, in which part of style? Even with new style it does'n work.
