On my view forum leaders link, the moderator list is showing up twice. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Are you sure that you don't have two usergroup named Moderators?

1 is probably the list of members that are assigned as a moderator to a forum, the second the list of the members in the usergroup "Moderators"

How do I go about correcting that to show just the Moderators and what forums they are assigned to?

You don't have to put them in the "moderators" group for them to be forum moderators.

Regular members will show on the moderators list regardless of group if you have added them in the forum manager.

ok i think the problem i am having is that we have a moderator forum also which we give them access to aside from the boards we selected them to moderate. when i did what you said, it corrected the problem, but now they can't see the moderator forum that we created.
I'm still working on it.
