Lost A Few Admin Features

I just upgraded to vBulletin 3.6.8 and it looks like I screwed something up.

The forum works fine, but I now longer have the ability to sticky threads (as an admin) and I can no longer move threads.

I'm guessing I need to revert some template and possibly reinstall my plugins/ products, but I'm not exactly sure how the vBulletin system works entirely.

When in your admincp panel does it mention anything about having to revert templates?

It asked me this when I upgraded vBulletin. I was in a huge hurry to meet a deadline and I just clicked "revert" on all of them. It's clear that this was a totally stupid mistake. I should have taken the time to figure out the correct way of handling this as the terminology used in the admincp for this wasn't overly clear to me.

So, now I need to figure out how to fix the templates now that I've already reverted them.
