How do i do this?

I was wondering how do i add team icons like http://www.rune-server.org/images/user_icons/a.gif to admins. im new to vbulletin and i just purchased it and had it pro installed so i decided i needed to do some things on my own but now i cant figure it out also if anyone knows how to install a shoutbox? thatd be great if you could tell me both and how do i add a little box at the bottom that tells the colors and icons of certain members like administrator and mod and g mod?

ok how bout a shoutbox whats best and easiest 1 to install? and also does anyone have a mod for the thing at the bottom of the home page that shows the colors and icons of each group?

alright thanks alot guys but just 1 question, i did the color usergroups legend but after the admin usergroup i added there all italics and also they arent in color even after i added the color like 00000 or FF0050, can someone whos works show me a example of how theres looks so i can see how to do correctly? and also is there a way to make them non italics? but thanks again

you need to go into those color groups and edit the colors for each group

i have done that, all my usergroups are diff colors, and in the legend i made them all same color. can someone who has this mod show me a example of what there admin groups html looks like and there legend?
