Also, how do I make it so that the user must have logged in in order to even see the form?And if they try to view the page while not logged in, the standard vbulletin page appears asking them to login/register?

Set "Can View Forum" to No for the Unregistered / Not Logged In usergroup

Oh I didn't see that, but would that show the vbulletin error if the user isn't logged in?
