I get this sql error when editing usergroups:

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'mgccustomusergroupperms' in 'field list'

So the problem to me looks like i need to delete that mgc column.. but idk how.. anyone know a sql query to run in phpmyadmin to doit?

It's not that you have to remove the field, it's removed, that's why it's erroring. You have forgotten to remove the files after uninstalling the modification (specifically the bitfield_*.xml in /includes/xml).
