ACP Issue (forum editing)

Every time i try to edit a forum, like change the description or hide it. I get the following message on a blank white screen with only the side ACP menu showing.

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent in Unknown on line 0

I cant edit, my admin or my tech guy cant either. My tech wouldn't figure out the problem so i turn to you guys :)

Disable all your modifications and see if it removes the issue.

Reupload the whole admincp directory.

Do you have Hardened PHP or Suhosin installed on your server? It might also be a memory limit problem.

Suhosin was installed recently on the server... the prob was fixed for a long time now.. thanks for the help Dismounted and Marco :)
