Currently Active Users: 4534 (31 members and 4503 guests)

I sure this is fake information..So please advice me step by step where to change the setting to get at least for previous 10 minute statistic..

In your AdmnCP>> vBulletin Settings >> Cookie-Timeout is should be defult as: 3600 seconds, it is up to you making long or short periods ;)
