Label tag on 'edit settings' page for mods

Suggestion: Make the checkbox & radio button description text clickable (like the rest of vBulletin), on the 'edit settings' page for mods, buy adding a label tag (http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_label.asp).

We could use the same thing for the "Quote Message in Quick Reply." checkbox below the PM quick reply.

I'm quite sure it doesn't - he means so that you can click anywhere on the text (Quote Message in Quick Reply) rather than just the tickbox itself.
