My friend is very interested in buying vb license and he was wondering if it is ok if he has a forum with a warez section in it. He talked with his host and he said the host was alright with "linked" warez and there will be no warez hosted on his server, they are all link. Is vb ok with that?

From the license agreement:
The Software may not be used for anything that would represent or is associated with an Intellectual Property violation, including, but not limited to, engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities.

I don't believe so - but perhaps someone from vB.com will have something to say.
