I wouldn't pay too much attention to the count, it seems to be some sort of freak - one member is logged as having downloaded it almost 55,000 times - that seems very unlikely and is possibly the result of some sort of downloads accelerator making multiple connections.

Not everyone that downloads a mod actually installs it on their live site. I downloaded this one a few times but ultimately went with vBArcade as I felt it was a better addon for my needs.
