Any audio chat available ?

I run an Italy - related vbulletin. It would be nice if there was a mod where member can go online and practice talking in Italian -
I see many text chat add on but no audio -

you'd need flash media server or red5, and a chat software that integrates with vbulletin. flash hosting is extremely expensive.
