[Request] Age Filter For Threads

What I am looking for is one of two things, both with the same result. I would like a modification that will allow users to tag their threads as 'mature' or 'adult content'. This tagging process will refuse access to that thread for anyone under 17-18 years of age, based on the birthdate entered in people's profiles. The other option would be to have some kind of mod that doesn't allow people under a certain age to view threads with certain words anywhere in the thread. I'd prefer the first one, though. It would have to block even moderators under the age limit, though Super-mods and Admins would just have to deal.

I can afford to pay a small fee for this mod if necessary, though I think something like this could be very beneficial to many sites.

Can't user(s) change birth date so they can view the content?

I believe there's a way to have admins notified of that, or even to lock birthdays.

Also intrested in this and willing to contribute, dosn't matter if they change there date of birth with this mod you would be complying with US & International laws to try and prevent minors from accessing adult content.

someone already contacted me about doing this just this morning and I'll have this one done by tonight if anyone wants to contribute. I'm considering using it myself. And yes, the age would have to be a set-it-and-forget-it feature that cannot be changed by the user once it's set.
