Members logout when submitting score?

Hi,

I've searched the forum before i've started posting here but i couldn't find any answers on resolving it.

When my members login, and go to the arcade, they get logged out.. they have to relogin before they can play..

After playing and when willing to submit the score, they get logged out before they can sent the score..

How can i fix this so they will stay logged in?

The 'remember me' box does not resolve it.

use ibProArcade v2.6.3+
make sure you uplaoded /holdsession.php

I have installed 2.6.3a+ which is found clicking your link.. holdsession.php is also uploaded..
Anything else that could be causing the problem? i've reuploaded the holdsession.php but nothing changes

I am also receiving reports of my forum members getting this error. It does not occur for me and my scores show up fine. Any ideas?

EDIT: With debugging turned to 2, I saw Error #023: No session. The member was originally logged in without the Remember Me password box checked. When they logged in checking the Remember Me box everything worked correctly. Is there any way around this?

i have a member having the same problem on some of the games, moved member to another usergroup and all scores saved with no problems
