Hello,

I have almost finished making my first ever vBulletin board (www.webmasterzpalace.com/forum), and i want to put a homepage into the site that matches the forum, and kind of looks like its part of vBulletin.

There is a site that is using something very similar to what i want to use (www.vbulletin-faq.com) as there frontpage.

Is it as simple as just typing in the 'header' and 'navbar' templates into a new html document? or is there something that will be time consuming that i will need to try? I have seen the 'vBulletin powered pages' article on this site, that id kind of what i am looking for but not exactly.

Is there anyway i could make a frontpage like the one used on vBulletin-faq? or should i just use the vBulletin powered pages article and then xustomize it into a frontpage? also, would that work if i put it outside of the forum directory?

Anyway, like i said i am very inexperienced and i would be very greatful if someone could give me a solution.

Thanks,
Vijay Pather

Just use the "vBulletin-powered Pages" tutorial and setup your templates as per the tutorial. It will be easier than grabbing bits and pieces.

Our homepage is HTML coded - its not part of the vBulletin system
