Well, I've been here for a while, but never asked for a review. After running this forum (through many different softwares) for six years, I am looking for suggestions. Especially on consolidating some forums (we have very many :( ). I have many different styles (for different tastes), but SURE, I'll take critique on that as well.
Thanks,
Ro

I like it , especaily all the different sections, looks busy for having not so many members. Your thread/post count to members is insane, whats your secret? haha anyways I like it.

The members are have are fairly loyal. And they are on the forum ALL day (during the week) and fairly often on weekends. They are all post addicts. I have 35,000 over there. =( so sad. lol
Anyway, all the different sections is what is bugging me I think. I think it overwhelms new members. I think I'd be intimidated as a new member. I know the ones that have been there for years just hit NEW POSTS and don't even look at the different sections unless they are starting a thread.

I like it as well. I would definitely consolidate the smaller forums as much as possible. Consider adding thread prefixes. This allows you to keep those topics separated, while merging forums.
I would also open guest viewing of threads, so that new visitors are tempted to join discussion.

Prefixes are a good idea. I know I've been using the labeled post icons...but prefixes is another option. Thanks!
