Is this possible? Can I use ImpEx to do this? I can give more details if needed, but this is just a general question.

Yes, it can be done with ImpEx. The current version supported by ImpEx is IPB 2.2.2. The ImpEx manual is found here (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/impex).

Excellent. To clarify, these are both boards that have been in existence for 2+ years each and have a lot of posts and users. Would it just import the users and threads? That's pretty much all we're looking to import, nothing more.
