Image rater with vBImageHost

Hello all,
I have 3.6.8 and also have vBImageHost (works flawlessly). I now have a desire to have a separate page where the publicly viewable images could be entered in a rotating order that users can give them a "score". Also, users can view the images based on their average score. I've seen this type of application on several websites and wanted to see if anyone has/can integrate it with the uploaded images on vBImageHost?

OK, how about just integrating an image rater with VB? I need the ability to have a "rate my picture" accessible from VB. Any suggestions?
