First off, this is the most strangest question I've ever heard of - dare I ask what made you think of this, lol? :p
In any event, I'd imagine that since Dracula is already dead - he can't be killed by AIDS; furthermore, I don't think he has an immune system for AIDS to destroy...

According to the White Wolf literature widely accepted on the internet as the most authoritative source on modern vampirism, vampires cannot catch diseases from human blood (although they may become intoxicated if a victim was under the influence of alcohol or drugs), but while the infected blood is still in their system they can transmit it to others who survive their attentions.
Of course, that's just an RPG, but come on. You don't REALLY believe in vampires, do you?
