Panic/Boss Buttton for vb 3.6.8

I would like to see a panic button for VB 3.6.8, similar to this one:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=1235079 but using plugins/products if possible. I would also like to see the option to have the button fixed to the bottom of each post instead of a floating dhtml button, similar to this:
