Quick question - I've uninstalled Inferno RPG, but have still got the SCAN [username] showing in members info when they post...

Have just found the following - "<a href='inferno.php?$session[sessionurl]&do=ScanMember&id={$post[userid]}'>Scan {$post[username]}" in my postbit_legacy...

Question is, is it "safe" to just remove that line from that template so that it does not call the link alongside the online status, without causing the board to error out (i.e is the legacy file the only template that contains the call ?)

Cant revert back as it's a hacked template already...

It should be fine, if I were you I would do a ctrl a while in edit template mode (make sure your cursor is in the edit box) and then do a copy and paste it into notepad or some other text editor for quick safe holding.

Then remove your line and see if you have any problems with the board, if you do copy it from the step above and paste it back in, worst case do a ctrl a in the note pad and paste it all back in.

That is typically how I do it when I am unsure what my happen with a template change, but I think you will be fine.
