FTP client for Dialup

is there a client thats dialup friendly, i have smart ftp but when i upload files the connection fails and i wind up with a bunch of missing files when i upload vbulletin...

3.0 just went gold today and there's now a Linux version. Works great with my VPS at JaguarPC. All the bells and whistles, free and open source.

yikes indeed.. can i use the filezilla thats on the xamp suite?

No clue about that.... like I say 3.0 was released today so I'm sure that version isn't in any bundle yet.
