can someone please help me? i dont have a clue on how to change my header. i want to use the banner thats on my website but dont know were to even start

normally, just use ftp and upload it and overwrite the orginal picture

Styles and templates > YOUR TEMPLATE > All style options > Table Header

Or do you mean the banner?
