Hi! I own a vbulletin forum and recently I have noticed that my server loads are bigger than normal. And yesterday, my hosting company disabled my database for that reason. I have bought and installed many add-ons and I can't figure out what is causing this problem. Can somebody help me??

Thanks,
George

How many add ons? Please not 200+ like the last guy who complained of server load and had too many add ons. Oh, and some are more server intensive than others, Like shoutboxes and many badly optimised large add ons such as a pager system or whatever.

Here are the add-ons I have installed: Steel Blue (Style), vBSEO, vBadvanced, PhotoPlog Pro Gallery, Geek GARS, Zoints Thread Tags, Zoints Synergy, v3 Arcade, Who's online in the arcade, DownloadsII, Welcome Headers, Members who have visited today, GTUserCP, NoSpam!, Image Resizer, Default Avatar, Shoutcast Status 2.0, psiStats 2006, Inferno Warning System, Separate Sticky and Normal Threads, Usergroup Legend for ForumHome page, Embed XHTML valid YouTube and Google Video into your posts.

I think I didn't miss anything, but I'm not 100% certain, because my forum is down...

I am running on a 3.6.7PL1 ;)

My site was shut down because I was DDOS'd a couple of times in the last day.

I'm guessing your trying to use a cheap host that charges a few dollars a month for insane space & bw, unfortanately you probably missed the fine print for hording cpu processes, vbulletin itself typically max's hosting accounts like that out by itself, with minimal hack add-ons.

I think you will most likely be finding a new host in the near future.
