Can't find mod

I have seen a few sites that use a welcome header table that's just like a registration table with or without image verification. I was just wondering if that is a template edit or if that is a mod that I can't find the name of on the site.

It's one where instead of it being a text box, it's like a header or table of it's own with just:

Sign Up, Password, Image Verify and a few other things. I'll show a picture if no one knows what I'm saying, but it's like a coded table to act as a registration box header.

i think she means a quick register mod that automatically appears on the forums if a user isn't registered or logged in, the registration page will appear in a small table above the navbar or somewhere which a user can quickly register using AJax without having to go directly to the registration page or being e-mail confirmed (although this can be set).

i've seen something like this for IPB so i'm guessing if IPB can do it, we sure can over here.
