wich kind of software is better to do this?

thanks for reply , i seen there are thousands of scripts but i wanna know wich is better for running a video sharing website, i am asking bcoz i dont have any idea to select any good one thats why i am asking here so please help me and tell me about any good scripts,.

You also better have a huge amount of disk space and bandwidth.
There are many sites that won't host file sharing.
You might want to look into that too.

You can check at digitalpoint.com as well, I've seen several of these scripts sold for 20$ or so.

There is no place that will actually offer a script for free. Free to use, but they will advertise on your site like hell. If you want the original file, will cost you probably 99 or 199 around there.

I went with clip-share.com and seems to be working neat so far. It was 200 bux though, owned license. Lets see how it goes ;)
