is there any way to set up a member to manage/insert/delete users from a custom group?
also, if there is any mod that could do this.. thx

I have asked this question as well and got no real answers. I can set a member up as leader, see the group, but there isnt a way for ppl to request to join.

Its very frustrating.

Via the User CP, there is a part where is allows users to join public usergroups.
