banner size is changing if you change resolution of ur desktop to 1280*800, 1280*720, 1024*768, 800*600, 640*320 etc.
it should be uniform in any resolution..
even u can see it without chanig resoltions..restore ur browser window..and increase or decrease size and observe change in banner size..
it should not change like forum width..
plz give me a solution..

check my forum width also..whole forum below shoutbox streched same as banner..[ u can check without changing pixels by restoring browser window and change size of browser window]
