Is there a way to manually add scores?

I have recently changed over from phpBB to vBulletin. I was using an activity hack there.

In my transfer, I would like to transfer over all the Top 2 scorers from each game (or at least the high scorer for each). And make sure they are the top high scorer?

Is there a way to manually or even automatically add this?

Manually, you can do this with SQL queries, yeah.
