Right column with poll and...

I would like to add a small right column to my forum that only has a "Poll" and "Most Popular Threads" feature . I like the way VBadvanced has theirs... but I dont want to buy their entire product when I just need a right column with poll and most popular threads section.

Is there anyone someone could help me out with this? Im willing to pay $20 for the coding.
