why is there a Blue Outline or border around everything on my forum?

i checked the tborder part and changed that. that didnt do the job. its still there :(

Whats your board link? It will be easier to identify any CSS or HTML that is causing it by being able to read your board's HTML source code...

The color, layout etc of any style is set as they have been set. You ask for blue, you get blue :)
