How can I show vbulletin sub forums in vertical order.

Hello,

Anyoen knows how I can show the sub forums in vertical order? At the moment they appear under the forums like this.

Forums
Sub forum sub forum sub forum

and I would like it to appear like this:

Forum
sub forum
sub forum
sub forum

I also would like to know if there's anyway the number of sub forum displayed before it starta a new vertical row.
